How this makes me think of Daddy also. Sigh....I lost mine in 2000 and I'll never ever stop missing him - or my dear mother. Beautiful photo, T

what a beautiful picture that captured the love between you and your dad. so sorry for this loss that never never leaves you... i know it well.
i hope you will check this out: www.notasipictured.org - john kaplan is a favorite photo journalist of mine and won several awards for this documentary journaling his battle with lymphoma, and he happens to be an adoptive father as well (china).. and lives right here in my town teaching at our local college. i have had several emails with him since commenting on his FB page and all i can say is i have never been so deeply inspired. anyone touched by cancer receives a copy of the film free, but i got a second one just to support the cause (and i wanted one for our oncology floor so co-workers could see it as well).
meant to add that i know it will touch you deeply as well and that it is very uplifting - and you walk away from it feeling empowered. and what a testament to those who have battled this disease.
